Refund Policy - HERRD Kids Learning Portal

We understand that circumstances can change. HERRD Kids membership purchases may be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase and are eligible for a refund less a $10 administration fee. This fee covers payment processing, administrative setup, and the costs associated with granting immediate access to member-only resources and digital content.

To request a refund, please email jillina@homeschoolhotline.com.au within 72 hours of purchase and include:

• Your full name

• The email address associated with your membership

• The membership purchased

• The date of purchase

Refund requests received after the 72-hour period are not eligible for a refund.

This policy applies to change-of-mind purchases and does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
